    I don't think we can be permanently happy in life but family, friends and the odd fry make things better.

    Yes.....if its safe to do so....a rushed championship in middle of winter is just a money grabbing exercise imo

    Yes. Stood up once. Afterwards I had to run up and down Sligo strand hill beach to get feeling back in my left foot.

    Before Covid. Back in gym training for Hell & Back. Have lost all momentum now. Still could be worse.
