You haven't centred the crests Dave. I'm disgusted. Have I taught ye lot nothing. Have I!?

I actually did! It's the image I chose that is off center. Finding a poxy Cheetahs logo in icon size is harder than you might assume.

I spent a good ... three minutes ... on it and that was the best one I found.

    I regret nothing.

leinster forwards should be well able to create a playform fo rthso ebaacks to exploit.

if the weather isnt too bad, i can us by about 20.

if its torrential rain than its a slog fest and us by half that

Met Éireann seems to think slog fest unfortunately.

About 6 miles from the stadium here and the weather is not exactly conducive to running rugby. Serious gale blowing and lashing.

Planning on heading in with the kids but reckon this will put people off.

It’s due to peak around the time the match is on. Going to be an up the jumper day I’d say.

Quick question - I've always printed season tickets, can you have the digital copy on your phone or do they need to be printed?

    Printed, I'm pretty sure.

Have the card, so never tried the phone. Think you can download a QR code to your phone though as I did that to share mine before.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,455 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

I used the phone before for regular tickets that my aul one had. I had a backup printout but I wanted to see if it would work. It did.

I would assume the same holds for transferred season ticket tickets, though I''ve always just used the card.

Any chance it could be cancelled?

Twitter saying 16 mins ago that North and South stands closed, ticket holders will be accommodated in other stands. So now I might go after all.

Orange weather alert now - I'm a little surprised it's going ahead. Getting ready to head in now.

FROM LEINSTER SOCIAL MEDIA - THE NORTH AND SOUTH STANDS ARE CLOSED - FANS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED IN THE COVERED STANDS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,455 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

I feel bad now for having offloaded my tickets in the South stand.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,281 ✭✭✭A-Train

I’m not going to the match today so my 2 seats in the grandstand are free for use.

Pm and I’ll send them on, first come first served. Must have a few posts in the rugby forum.

Leinster twitter account saying the game will definitely be played. Half the province is under an orange alert which means essential travel only.

I'm a tiny bit surprised it's still going ahead but it's probably just shy of the point where the game would ordinarily be postponed.

Cheetahs have played a few games recently whereas Leinster are going in cold. Will be a very tricky game.

Ah people don't hate you and your kids that much, Venjur

Yeah, the team sheet tells you we're taking the game pretty seriously which is fair given Cheetahs position in our conference.

I just see navy - is that the rain or my mild colorblindness?

Definitely colourblind Neil, although they are a dark purple but it's pretty noticeable.

That Cheetahs lineout started crooked and then moved back to the middle when caught by the wind.

Lads it is bucketing down in terenure. Hope it's not headed your way.

Even a good few rows under the stand still getting soaked.

Going to be 80 minutes of scrums.

Weather's just starting to get worse, sympathies for anyone who decided to actually leave their house for this

I can see both teams struggling to reach double figure points here.

Mad, that just looks like dark grey to me. I always knew I had trouble telling apart some blues and greens, guess I can add purple to the list!

Good finish from Connors. Took a few hits when spinning over for the try.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,174 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

Great finish to spin out and ground it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,738 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Ref must've called advantage 3 or 4 times in that phase

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,281 ✭✭✭A-Train

A good try and finish in the conditions. They should have a yellow card also, at least 4 penalties called there before the try

That yellow was coming, too many penalties

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,738 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

Cheetahs just have no idea what to do with the conditions

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,281 ✭✭✭A-Train

Great kick in the conditions by Frawley.

Good work and Bent gets over the line for the second try.

    Good conversation. 17-0

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,724 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Great hands from Frawley and line from Deegan for the break. Deserved that try. Playing some good rugby despite the awful conditions.

Expect a bonus point from here TBH

Delighted to see Bent get on the score sheet.

Fun fact, before this season he only had one try in over 100 appearances for Leinster over 7 years, scored 3 this season already

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Kelleher deserved that. He has had a great game despite appalling conditions for a hooker.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,281 ✭✭✭A-Train

Great maul and a good finish by Kelleher. Good try just before half time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,129 ✭✭✭Granny15

Kelleher having a very assured performance in tough conditions

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 129 ✭✭Croohur1

Looking at this rain and the handling errors, I'm assuming the handling gloves that Drico used to wear in his blond hair phase are now banned.
When did this happen and what was the reason given does anyone know??
