Wonder how many of the FF/FG voters are just looking to have their assets protected and don't give a crap about people struggling in the rent market with no security.
the vast majority, that is why the housing problem won't be solved with them in govt as they would oppose social and affordable houses, same way they oppose rent freezes. Yet they soon came up quickly with ideas to bail out their developer and banker friends.

A lot I would say. Seeing that some of the characters who could be in government with SF are hell bent on seizing all private property for the State. If you have any private property you should be worried too.
    Total BS

All this talk about FF/Greens, but FG still have to play ball too surely? I would think they would more inclined to sit the next term out and let FF ruin themselves again. No?

Better tell Mary Lou who lied when she said she is going to talk to left parties to form a government.

    She knew its not possible.

    She is a liar.

    Change!!

If you asked 10 people what this change means you’d probably get 10 different answers.
    It’s a populist slogan.

The group that form a govt is the group with a mandate.......it looks like FF/FG/Greens.....no other option other than another election.

As long has they have 50% of seats.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 860 ✭✭✭UDAWINNER

FG respectful of sf voters, but won't talk to them. Joke of a situation.

How likely is another election before the end of the year?

RTE need to end the career of Miriam ASAP
Asking horrendous questions that already have been asked to an interviewee. The childish tone of them is also bewildering.

SF are left. FG are right. Talk about what???

They have completely different outlooks.....they couldn't form a program for govt.

She said she wants to form a government of the left which any one with an once of cop on knows based on the numbers available after FG and FF have refused to speak to SF is not possible.
If you think you are being clever repeating 'change' it's actually the opposite. You have added nothing but idiotic commentary since you opened this account. Your old one wasn't much better tbh.

But she did talk to them to try and form a govt, the numbers on the left were not there. If you want BS , watch Prime time

Nope. You can't even get that right. When communists / revolutionary socialists spoke about seizing private property in the long term, they were speaking about seizing the means of production. The idea that communists want to build a society where no one has their own home is propaganda.

If the name of party wouldn't be SF but Liga Nord or AfD would people still say that FF or FG have to talk to them just because so many people voted for them.

SF are left. FG are right.

They are both in the middle. Ireland doesnt have political leanings. It has personalities, slogans, image, and colours. SF have even less politics as they just make it up as they go along, with any line justifiable it if steps towards a united ireland.
