likewise best month since install mid May 2023. 678 KwH from a roof mounted 4.1 Kwp directly south facing unit. Donegal based

7.04kWp system installed and started generating on 7th May, 815 kWh total for May. South facing roof in Cork City.

Shame we missed out on the first week of May, there were a lot more cloudy days towards the end, so it could have been even better.

Managed to break the 1MWh barrier for the first time from a 7.8kWp system - after the amazing start to the month, made to sweat a little bit especially with the worst day of 8.7kWh on the 29th but generation picked up very well again for the last 2 days so ended up with 1048kWh for the month - best day was 48.9kWh on the 22nd.

7.0kWp ground mounted south facing - East Mayo, total of 1.1MWh, cracking month. Best day was 51kWh.

What a month (May)…broke the 1MWh mark for the 1st time since system installed in Sep 2023. Managed to generate 1.295MWh and broke daily record 4 or 5 times over the month (daily record of 58.1kWh reached in the middle of May).

    9.0kWp (5.6E/3.4W)

Pretty solid month June to be fair. 6.5Kwp in South Dublin City split E/W. It was 111% of PVGIS, so we'll take that as a win.

    image.png

Shed chipped in with 275kwh (2.3Kwp south exactly) , so a nice total of 1.01MWh combined. Always nice to break that megawatt hour mark! Only managed it a few times over the years. Building up a nice credit with Energia for the winter period!

I'm sure others have had decent returns like mine.

1.09MWh for June 2025. It's actually worse than June last year -1.12MWh which has surprised me and is far short of the 1.33MWh of June 2023 which was my best month until May this year. Still nice to break the 1MWh barrier though, 9kWp E/W , coastal Northeast.

May and June 2025, North Roscommon with a 5kw inverter. I’ve got 20x440w panels on a SE facing roof. Just had the system installed in December so this is our first summer with solar power. June’s export percentage is probably higher than usual because we were away for 2 weeks. I’ve also got an EV which I charge at home.

    For June:

852kWh generated - 6.72kW system facing ESE in South Dublin.

    320kWh consumed.

Generation up compared to June 2024 (approx. 750kWh - internet down for a week so number not accurately recorded) and similar to June 2023 (854kWh).

In June, self-used 26% of electricity generated and fed in the other 630kWh (no battery).

Since initial installation on March 7 2023, a total of 18.09MWh generated, 12.56MWh fed to grid, with a self-use ratio of approximately 30.5%.
