Yeah, treated it to a wash first thing this morning. There were about a million dead flies on the front over the last couple of days.

Very nice. How are you finding the charging infrastructure in general? Do you have a fast charger at home?

How does it compare to similar ICE cars you have driven.

Charging is okay in east of country but need some more options in the west/south west.

Pervious car was Porsche Panamera – I like this better.

I managed to get permission from my management company to get a 7.2 kW charger installed in my underground car parking space. A rare success and something that makes EV ownership for an apartment dweller much more appealing.

Saw a local one set off last Thursday, these sound amazing for an EV.

That's a kind of mind blowing statement. I need to hear one in the wild because I've never come across and EV that sounds like anything.

A Renault Zoe drove passed me yesterday and it sounded shìt!

The whine out of it was horrific.

Some of us don't have the luxury of shade, I was plagued by sunlight in my old house.

I don't have that luxury either which is why I wait until around 6 in the evening before I wash the car or hope that it's overcast if it's a Saturday.

My car port again can't come soon enough!

Tis rare enough we get it, didn't even cross my mind it might be a bad thing. :o

On keeping cars in sheds, any top tips here?

I've disconnected the battery, completely dried it before putting the cover on, blanketed the car in those pound shop dehumidifier pots and put some vaseline on hinges. I was thinking of getting 4 steelies and taking the alloys off to save the new Goodyears that went on it before entering the shed.

Haven't bought petrol stabilisers, trickle charger, tyre mats or anything like that. Any quick wins?

Best thing you can do for a car that is parked up is drive it at least every two weeks.

First decent clean in a long time. Stuck for space and time so not perfect but happy with the results,
    Tar removed,
Contaminemt removed, clayed, polished and sealant.
