New runners- what to choose

My runners are 10+ years old so time to consider buying a new pair. My running is urban Or treadmill based, 5-7 km. We’ll say 4 times a week though it varies. Wore them over a few years and they are excellent. Only changed to Brooks Adrenaline because I liked disliked the colours available on a new set of Asics at the time. Will probably add them back in tbh.
