    I'm sorry to hear of Marian's passing but it's not my grief and don't want to pay a license fee for this hammed up rubbish which RTE is specialising in.

    I buried my mother on Dec 23rd this year and to be honest I find the constant eulogising by accuaintances of Marian mawkish and even insincere in some cases. We the ordinary punter didn't know her. We tuned in some weeks and some weeks not. She's a terrible loss to her family but life for us will go on more or less the same as it was anyways RIP to her

    Every appearance by Nell appears to be a car crash (but she was rather bonkers and off the wall even in her 'heyday'.....I was never a fan).

    Don't like being morbid...we're all going to die. I don't think there should be eulogies every time an RTE celebrity dies. They'll be coming thick and fast in the next few years.

    I agree completely. This programme is like rte having their wake on live television for an audience who don't know the deceased.
