Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Poor call there.
Well, maybe he was on his knee first.

    Leinster definitely getting decisions here.

    Leinster definitely getting decisions here.

No question about it, ref's definitely riding Saints so far.

Ah come on, a few were only saying that Wood was taking the mick with infringements

There aren’t many wingers in Ireland in better form than Dave Kearney.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,223 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Great rip in midfield, but Northampton really weren't interested in defending after.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,542 ✭✭✭dublinman1990

Dave Kearney gave us the BP. Brilliant.

Edit: Ah here. Don't tell me it's a Knock on.

Great change of direction by Ross Byrne

    Is that forward?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,223 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    Took a long time that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,616 ✭✭✭✭errlloyd

Ref has been very generous to us. That would have been robbery tho

    Nope. Didn't touch him :)

The ball was backward according to the TMO.

    Try still stands for Kearney.

    With what decisions?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,223 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Two trys and a gathered restart.

The Ringer is a man of many talents.

Didn't touch Healy and didn't go forward. Why does it take so long to rule on stuff like that?

  • Site Banned Posts: 12,341 ✭✭✭✭Faugheen

    There’s no way he’s onside

Short advantage for RR first try and binning Wood.

Good to have NH stay in the game.

    Three scores up and booing......

Ross Byrne struggling to catch the 8 there

Agree. In a non tight score situation, every team should get the benefit of the doubt for inconsequential stuff that happens 40 phases before.

That advantage is called short nearly all the time, especially when a team goes to kick.

It was the 4th penalty Wood had given away, nothing harsh about it.

Too busy controlling a 31-14 lead.

Byrne’s pace has always been a talking point. No chance the 8 is onside either.

How the ref didn't overturn that try is beyond me.

    Clear crossing.

Seemed strange. Once luke was out of the line, the overlap was created.

You don't need to leap to the defence of players you like every single time.

He's doing fine, just let it go

    Couldn't be more obvious.

Hence the booing from us anyway. You could see it was a clear crossing from the stand.

Ringrose was brilliant that first half. The two trys are an obvious starting point, but he's done so much in attack other than that. A slight shift in direction to gain an extra metre, quick ball presentation after being tackled. Best player on the pitch followed closely by Lowe.

    Christmas charity.

I want to have something for our lads to get their teeth into here, soft as sh1t pools do us no favours.

Think it was because the defender outside him stepped in. If he'd drifted out, it's more apparent.

It would still of been a try anyway if that Northampton player hadnt of taken him out, so can’t feel too aggrieved.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,172 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

Thats just great from your own 5m.

    Hugely mature from Larmour.

Well played Lowe in getting the try.

Both he & Ringrose are playing like superstars today on that pitch. Leinster are so deeply lucky to have them.

Furlong having a monster game here.

    Hat trick for Ringrose.

    Ringrose scoring another hattrick

The only good thing I can say about Northampton is that their maul defense is world class.

Was just thinking that. Unbelievably good. And Leinster's maul is good to excellent usually.

Wow. That was magic from Dave Kearney.
