I was paying for Google Play Music in Ireland up until Wednesday or Thursday but went 'sub-continental' for YouTube Music and it still worked for me. Didn't work for family members though.

If you check from chrome with an account that's not eligible it says expired (this happens on my phone), but any other browser the offer is there for me (but when I enter my Google account I'm still not eligible obviously)

So it's still open
