.ie hosting with multi-factor authentication

I have a .ie domain which is currently idle, but which I'd like to start using for my email address.
Unfortunately though, your email security is only as good as your domain host's security, and my current domain host doesn't have 2 factor authentication.

Do you know of one that does?

Any mail host. Your domain host doesn't have to be the same as your mail host, you just update your dns to point to your mail host's servers. Google's GSuite is around €5 per user per month, and you get the Gmail interface (plus quite a few additional benefits).

Alternatively, you could always just set up forwarding on your current mail host to an email address of your choosing. It's a bit less professional though, so I wouldn't do it if you're using it for a business

The problem isn't with the mail host itself.

If a hacker has access to the registrar, they can change the DNS servers to redirect mail for your hostname to a different mail provider. Then they can reset password to take over your bitcoin wallet, bank account, social media profiles. or whatever... That's why I want multi-factor authentication on my domain registrar

Fair point, hadn't thought of that aspect. I know Blacknight has 2FA, haven't tried any others
