    That looks bad for Watson.

Doesn't look good, horrible to see

Would be nice to see a score before halftime...mess with their heads.

RTE commentary is useless. Are they actually I'm the Stadium or in Dublin.

Chris Farrell is on for Ali but no mention of it at all.

Well if they were in Dublin, the problems at the start of the match would make no sense.

I'd say that's his World Cup over. Terrible to see.

Watson is a quality player, big loss.

    Poor lad :-(

Watson, feck. Do not need to see that for anyone. Studs stuck in the ground and Furlong drives on the knee

I reckon Sexton will stay off at half time.

Great to see Russell getting hammered after all the times Scotland targeted Sexton/Murray.

It's RTÉ, I'd hate to imagine the amount of them out there on full junket mode. Probably twice as many that are actually needed

Great to see Ireland get to the pitch of the game immediately.

Some of the scots appeared very emotional which resulted in them being a bit harem scarem

    Shades of Dan Leavy there

they're definitely on site, they did a piece on camera from the ground at the start of the coverage.

Finn Russell is vastly over rated. He can't control a game.

Without doubt the best aspect of that first half performance is that Ireland look very composed and relaxed.
    All of them.

    Not too much hyperextension though.

Hopefully not too bad of ligament damage, not suggestion of a fracture. Sitting up going off is a positive sign

I have no right to ask this but can we keep the veiled "licence fee" moaning out of this thread please.

Aki went for a HIA. POM took a knock.

How come Joe is on the sideline?

Sexton being hidden in back field area. Won't be back out for 2nd half.

Worrying about sexton with Murray as the kicker.

Go for the corner lads, you're 15 points up and on top.

    Well done Ireland. Great half.

No harm he missed that. Everytime Murray makes one of those a French club increases their offer by €10,000 per year...

Think we should have another score. Scotland will adapt better this half.

    We look awesome though.
