Former VP was at a conference in Vegas. I was trying to get him to approve my expenses, but he couldn’t see them in the system. So he sent me a screenshot. Problem was, his screenshot had two other tabs in his browser. One was a Yahoo search for “Pornhub”, and the other was a Pornhub search for “hot tanned moms”. At this very moment he was supposed to be on a call with another woman in the office, but while we were all roaring laughing at his screenshot, he sent her a mail saying he was sick in his hotel room and couldn’t join it. But of course we all knew he was actually busy jerking off. I probably could have got him fired if I’d sent it to HR. I mean, what kind of freak uses Yahoo?

Another VP was at another conference before this. Seemingly in the bar that evening, he picked up one of the sales women and carried her in his shoulder across the room - against her will. When he got back to HQ the following Monday, his office and everything in it had been moved from right beside the CEO in the main building to the back of a store room way off in building 3. He lasted 3 days before quitting.

Former finance director was mysteriously fired one evening years ago. We were never told why. He came back to the office 6 months later - bizarrely wearing a company t-shirt, which was obviously some kind of statement - to bring back a company printer he had at home. Never saw him again.

Finally, not a scandal as such, but I did find a tapeworm in the toilet in our office once. Still shudder at the thought of that sight.

Slightly off topic but keeping to the main theme off this thread. Would anybody remember a story on a thread here about 2 years ago regarding a Wedding gone wrong ended with a guest of the Groom Shi**ing all over the Hotel ?. If anyone has a link to it that would be great. I feel like I dreamt the story as it was so Bizarre.

    The Brown Wedding? :D

I think it was a groomsman or guest, not the groom himself......

When I left school I worked as a labourer on a site over the summer.
There was a phantom ****ter that kept leaving logs in the jaxes of the houses .
Would be fine but the water wasn't turned on yet .

One day a load of new toilets got delivered and were in storage in one of the houses sitting rooms.
    And yep,you guessed it ,
    He **** in one !

Also was working on a block of apartments years later and someone pulled out a drawer from a freezer and **** in it ,
I wonder if the snagger had that on his list.

-Make good frozen turd in lower freezer drawer !

    For posterity
A guest at our wedding sh*t himself. He sh*t all the way up the hotel stairs, in the bridal suite, in 3 bedrooms and all over the corridors. You'd swear all 120 guests took a crap somewhere there was so much of it. My husband drove for a half hour to get him jeans, with another kind boards poster, to buy him a t ahirt , underwear and jeans.

While he was gone we let him shower and clean himself up in the bridal suite.

My husband got back, and the guy moaned that the jeans were too long!!! 'I'm a 32'' leg, Jesus do look like I'm a 34''??'

I almost threw him off the balcony.

Also worth noting there were other posters from here at the wedding as well

To paraphrase an earlier quote in the thread
"If you think your workplace has no degenerates then you are the degenerate!"

Sorry Bigbagofcans, I do actually like you :D

a cousin of mine was telling me a story about when he was working on a building site (housing estate) and he was looking for the nearest jacks and another builder sent him into a nearby house in the estate they were working on. he went in and upstairs and into the toilet and pulled the kacks down and sat on the throne. next thing in walks the owner of the house (he was just after buying it and was in the process of moving in. The builder that sent him to the house knew this) and asked him "who the feck are you, get out of my house"

Same lad was working in a company before and liked to bring a newspaper with him when he went to the toilet. he was missing for so long every time he went they had to ban newspapers in the toilets...........

A friend of mine worked for a big stoner in Australia . The bosses wife was his accountant so she accounted for every penny his boss spent. He used to put my mate down for a Saturday , which my mate never done and got him then to give him the Saturday money so he could spend it on weed .
Another friend of mine worked for a big Irish firm in England . An Irish lad who was married with kids started having an affair with an English girl in the office. He told her he was separated and only went back to Ireland to see the kids. Anyway the fella left the company and left the English girl high and dry. She found out who his was wife was on Facebook and sent her all the d*ick pics and dirty messages that her husband had sent her . The marriage ended after that

A colleague getting arrested for child pornography on both his home computer and his work PC in the early 2000s. I knew him to see but not personally. It was a big organisation and it was the talk of the staff canteen for weeks afterwards.

He was suspended on pay as the Gardai investigation was ongoing and then fired when convicted of the offense. There was a major change in policy on internet use at work after that case.

Why are so many kiddie fiddlers stupid enough not to use a VPN and watch it at work?

Mr Fegelien, the sad news is these people are only tip of the iceberg stuff, the thicks who don't really think these things through.

For every 1 stupid person who does this at work or unsecured you can be assured there are dozens or hundreds who are covering their tracks well.

Its like laughing at robbers who fall asleep on the couch in a house they're robbing. There are dozens of others who rob you blind and leave no trace for gardai

To be fair there must be something seriously wrong with someone's brain to interested in watching kiddie porn in the first place.

I know that I'm going to regret asking this, but how can one person (a) sh*t so much and (b) not even have a shred of remorse or embarrassment about it??? From the way they went on, it would seem like it wasn't the first time something like this had occurred.... What was the reaction and outcome in the aftermath of the day(s) that followed?

I spent a few weeks helping a friend who was a painter. She was doing a big estate, 2 or 3 other contractors there too so each contractor would take a house and check it off once completed. The builder had left all the paint in each house.

Someone on one of the other crews, either in pure badness or in an attempt to slow their competitors down, used to like to go into random houses, pop open a 10l tub of paint, drop a log and close it back up.

I'd have just gone ahead. Magnolia with a chocolate marbling effect. Very artistic.

Hardly a big secret, it made world news.

    Accountants, great at maths :)

"the company investigated the circulation of an email which ‘rated’ 13 new female employees into a top ten based on their looks"

3 people don't make the top 10, what's the issue?

    Humour at the wording.

It's ok to not be serious sometimes ;)

I know the lad who started it, his biggest complaint is that it was a shortlist to make the top 10! :D

I bet it went overkill, like no personal net use at all ?
That's what pisses me off about that, 99.99% of people get punished for the tiny minority of abusers...
