Probably august. Decent chance of good weather. Holidays. Traffic is not too bad. Most people seem to be in good humour.

My work has a subsidized lunch so I always eat at work at 12.05

Yes, I do love spicy food but sometimes overestimate how spicy I like things and end up with something inedible.

No receding hairline but it's definitely a centimeter or 2 higher than 10 years ago.

Work is smart casual, just have to look respectable but not suit and tie.

I get on well with my mam and a working relationship with my father.

I ride scramblers the odd time if that counts ? Often thought of buying one but afraid I might badly hurt myself.
