I always bring it. I just turn the ring volume off if I don't want to be disturbed...and then forget to turn it up.

Hands of a Norwegian fisherman, me.

I had a run of punctures 5 years ago. Partly because the tracking was off at the back and the wear was uneven and partly because in hedgecutting season some back roads I had to take were strewn with bits of thorny branches.

I think there are some tell tale signs of low self esteem and if I spotted the signs I would like to factor that in to my dealings with that person orth. But I would not be taking the person on as a project. Would be likely to do more harm than good.
