    Tbh, last time I didn’t take it seriously enough ... found myself walking a dog too far from home and the wind REALLY picked up. Not taking chances this time!

    What would you miss the most if the electricity went?

    The 1st strong gust from Darwin could have ripped my car door off. I'd just got out of the car and the wind rocked the whole car violently. I didn't even know then that there was a big storm forecast.


    Electricity goes off with every weather event here every winter. So from experience, not being able to light the fires, because of the back boilers and pump.

    Are you resourceful?
