It really needs to be €895, but I do really like this

12 months NCT, 1 owner (essentially), good history etc. This was €3500 a few weeks ago!

The only reason that's no selling is because it's not pictured on the sellers house.

The only reason that's not selling is because it's a 1995 mondeo for €1895 wit 1.5cwt of paper in the glovebox

Better there than somewhere like a carpark IMO. But whatever floats your boat! Had the seller of that Mondoe photographed it here for example, I don't think it would look as well as it does in the above photos

I have a great photo somewhere of an uncle of mine leaning on the bonnet of a green one, Mac-10 in hand, with a big fcuk off magnetic beacon on the roof

I actually think a well lit carpark is quite a good idea with plenty of area to photograph.

Better than outside a randomers house for sure!

In my case my Focus was photographed at work carpark and seller came to my house and bought. First to see bought aswell.

How do you mean? I have one of the 1.8 version that I'm thinking of selling at the moment to get something more practical (sigh)!

It's expected that over next few years that they will probably start increasing in value.

Curious about this - Are they set to become iconic and sought after?

    .......Are they a good/great/average/poor car?!?!?

Other than nostalgia I cant see a reason for it.

Isn't nostalgia exactly the reason why some older cars appreciate?

Diesel Octy with a claimed 130k km and full history, years test, €1750

Its expensive but I do like the look of this. Leather and alloys on any Octavia of this vintage is a rare enough sight!

They were a pretty big deal when they came out, they were like nothing else on the road. When you get a good example they are a cracking car to own and drive too. They also have a fantastic and highly tuneable engine, even today they look like nothing else on the road, and if history is anything to go buy...any VAG group product that reaches about 20 years old enjoys almost enthusiast obsession (which means VAG tax €€€€)

If the S40 was to **** it's self soon (touches nearest wood :p) I'd definitely be looking towards getting one of them. I still miss my old hatch bar it's suspension. But I reckon I'll actually get a good while out of the Volvo. :) New pads due for it shortly.....

1 owner, full history, a years test, bit of tax, €950

But 287k miles apparently (or should that be km?)

    Is it too expensive?

I bought one as a modern classic. Lovely design, fun coupe, affordable parts. If you don’t like them you probably never will, but they’re pretty iconic. The original ones anyway.

Coupe? It's a four door mondeo saloon.

It's the TT being talked about rather than a Mondeo.

My bad, was thinking everyone was losing the plot claiming that mondeo was a classic!
