Him and Heyman are in there as scapegoats for the shareholders whilst Vinny Mc continues to tank the company.

Would they not be there to appease fans

Shareholders will just see that they were part of two failed ventures in WCW and ECW, I’d have thought the crap like 30 writers inc ex soap writers is more the stuff done to appease shareholders

Bischoff and Hogan went to TNA, looked at the fantastic roster of talent, and said "Let's make Abyss the focus."

Raw and Smackdown absolutely should have different sets. They want fans to believe in the brand split, to take sides. They have wrestlers, like Alexa a few weeks ago, be on Smackdown talking about it's better on Raw. Like that's supposed to annoy the crowd. Why would it? Literally the only difference is pressing one button to change red lighting to blue. There's nothing, even on a superficial level, to feel "loyal" to.

Also, they're making more money than ever. Bring back pyro, even if it's only for PPVs. It makes every wrestler feel like a bigger deal. Cheap fúckers.

Funny enough they splash the cash for Roman and always makes sure he has more than enough Pyro.

One brand should have the womens divisions, singles and tag

The other should have the mens tag division

Stuff like that is how you differentiate the brands, as well as drafts only happening every 2/3 years

The week Smackdown debuts on Fox there should be a full and proper draft on RAW between Paul and Eric.

That’s a good idea and a good excuse to get the full roster on Fox for the debut episode.

Forget about even trying to fix week-to-week storylines for a second. There are bigger fish to fry.

    1) No more Twitter pages for wrestlers. They take away all mystique from wrestlers, especially heels who post pictures of themselves doing make-a-wish or having a nice day out with their families.

    2) Have some internal logic. Guy wins the championship belt because of interference or used a foreign object. Everybody saw it except for the referee. Okay, maybe that's the rule - if the ref doesn't see it, like in football. Fine, but then don't have other times where you play back the incident the next night on Raw in order to get a rematch. It's completely insulting to the intelligence to arbitrarily have the same scenario have different outcomes just to suit your purposes. It is lazy, lazy, lazy writing. It's happened for a long time, too, but at least back in the day we had Stone Cold and the lads to take the bad taste of it away.

I wouldnt be fully in favour of getting rid of Twitter, it just doesnt make sense not to be engaging in social media in 2019

The one thing I would change is a blanket rule about social media either being the character ie Becky Lynch, or its personal stuff only ie Rebecca Quin, either go full kayfabe and its just an extension of the character like Bray Wyatt used to do with cryptic tweets and Becky does now as ‘the man’, but stopping the personal stuff unless its relevant to on screen stuff like Kevins Owens being a prizefighter doing it for his family when first in NXT and main roster

The thing I find funny about the "they're only answerable to Vince" line is that I doubt Dunn, with his level of influence and stake in the company, is going to accept any departure from his established production.
