Surprised there wasn't more interest tbh. I thought 16 teams was low. 14 would mean some teams getting a bye but yeah we'll work it if we have to.

Could do a "special round" where you get to choose a legend? And might be good to put this in round 2 to offset the advantage of whoever gets first pick

Everyone taking part in the draft can thank the post they want and I'll count the results around 9pm tonight where hopefully we can get started.

Legends round should be later in the draft on an even number having it round two still gives the first pick in round 1 and 3 a massive advantage

Just throwing it out there but I would say a current PL draft with 16 players would be difficult. Think of the 16 best right backs in the league, I for one would find it difficult to vouch for someone like Martin Montoya or Simon Francis to start right back! And we will end up with those type of players in our teams more than likely.

If it's the current PL I think this could be offset by having a few legends rounds as such. Have an all time PL and then later on a current European and then an all time European or something. Obviously a bit of tweaking as there could be some superteams with what I've just suggested.

And this is a good solution. Maybe about 3 or 4 "special rounds"?

I would happily do current with 4 legend rounds split evenly along the draw. Seems a fair compromise on the face of it.

That's why I wanted to change to all time PL.. there just isnt enough players in the fullback and goalkeepers positions.. even depending on formation the other positions would be awful too

That's a good idea alright as it would make people think about which area to use the legends
