Technically wouldn't they have to go to the Post office for that

O'Malley Park in Limerick was once a no post and no bus zone.

    Welcome to multicultural tallaght ,

    One part traveler gang

    One part African gang

    One part Roma gang

One part usual gang spawn of lone parents

And blame the government for not giving them enough stuff for free stuff ,

I suspect that this is one of the areas sdcc are struggling to get tenants pay their heavily subsidised rents

To think having a postal service is considered an indicator of a developed civillization.

Tallaght has had no go areas for buses for decades after certain hours of the night - paritucularily in the winter - and it had SFA to do with Africans, travellers and roma.

Well I've personal first hand experience of Macullium and yes it does have something to do with all of the above ,

And when people in the estate complain they are labelled racist ,

Well I've personal experience of Tallaght over three decades and it was that way long before there was an african roma or traveller contingent involved. But sure whats the fun in blaming scum for acting like scum when you can get a good aul minority bashing rant going.

I grew up in a 'no go' area. It's a field now. And my primary school is a Museum.

PBP/AAA will be out to tell us how the residents are the victim. They always do it when Dublin Bus cut services because of scummy kids. You'd think with their whole Socialism thing that they would side with the Workers

Likely they're siding with the families left without transport. If you can link to a 'PBP say leave the scumbags alone ' article I'll read it.

When they cut the 19a in Inchicore it was the pensioners up in arms, (if you gave them a minute). One estate has no bus service at all, but pretty sure that was a flip flop on cost savings or something.

Sorry your actually wrong ,this is whats going on in this particular estate ,it's divided up by gangs made up of the above ,for the most part they are not minorities in the estate either ,
But let's not bandy around the racism card just yet

The most ironically named ‘Town’ in Dublin I suspect.

    Your right on both counts

But surely its a bit disingenuous to critise PBP/AAA/any politian as they are just representing their constituents?

So either Tallaght has turned the Africans and Romas into scum, or they were scum anyway. Supprise supprise, there's scum in every culture.

Ill leave traveller's out of that, can blame Tallaght on that lot.

Been at least a good two days without a dole/traveller/Dublin/ethnic minority bashing thread...

What am I supposed to be angry about again?

"Crowe said he has spoken to An Post and gardaí about this development and has called for a meeting with South Dublin County Council, the Gardaí, State Agencies, elected representatives and An Post to find a solution to the problem."

How about speaking to your scumbag constituents that are causing it?

    The poor generally.

If only we had some kind of effective law and order types. I suppose knocking on doors randomly and asking people if their kids are scumbags is another way.

He would be laughed at ,

No political parties have any pull in the area , literally on the first weekend the estate actually opened the riot squad had to to deployed to separate rival families from completely destroying the estate before the majority of people had received their keys from the county council
