I'd like to be in a little cave filled with blankets and pillows.

    I'm still in work.

Alas healthy and safety wouldn't allow it. Other than that it's a terrific idea. :)

In a local coffee shop having a white chocolate mocha after a good therapy session and before I go meet a good friend for a spa day. We’re getting the use of the thermal suite, a facial, scalp massage and a back, neck and shoulder massage and I can’t wait. A shoulder injury I got at work a couple of years ago is flaring up again and it’s been months since I got a decent massage. Today is about self care and looking after my mental and physical health. Mondays aren’t all bad!

    Enjoy every minute of it.

Coachside now after a productive morning's work in the garden, it's gotten very windy outside so am glad to be in out of it, thinking of lighting up the stove (Summer?), takeaway for dinner later

    Hope you’re alright Auto.

I’m at home thinking I’m getting a cold cause my eyes feel like they’re swollen shut. Bae thinks I’m hungover. But that’s just him thinking the worst of me as usual.

    Hope you’re alright Auto x

I’m in the kitchen after hanging up the washing to dry. When did I become a housewife? :p

Having a coffee, showers here that'd cut you in two but I'm not out in the rain as well cabbed up. At least its keeping the smell of the slurry down, keep the non farming neighbours happy.
    Happy birthday Kitty.
Hope all is good Auto, but quit leaving us hanging in suspense!

It’s a bit damp out there. Hail stones in late May.

Is this the end of the world or is God just telling me to crack on with the beer and pizza that are planned for this evening?

En France. A late train meant a missed bus, so I am now sitting in a riverside café in a small provincial town drinking a hot chocolate and eating a cheese plate. Tis a hard life altogether

After no training for a few days due to injured ribs from Judo training I got out for a lovely slow paced 5k last night, feeling great so I'll push it out to my usual 7-8km this evening.

I took this photo after last nights run, I'll be likely heading back to the same place shortly
