Mine wasn't quite that bad it is quite distressing because your 'internal thermometer ' is all over the place. Hot to cold and back every couple of minutes.Female biology. Often miraculous but then the flip side seems like a bit of a curse in a way. Sorry to go so serious

I'm not sure what the "side" means so I just say "bed" "sofa/couch" etc. Always wondered if it's a tv or sports reference?
