    Up since 05:30 (I've a day off so of course a lie in is out of the question).

    Watched some stoicism clips on YouTube (I've went through some difficult times recently then chanced upon Marcus Aurelious, that brought me into a light study of stoicism and the ancient Greek's, its made a huge difference to my life. Massive difference.

    Right so where was I.. Up since 05:30 so got stuck into the house and now the house reeks of bleach and Dettol :)

    Its a beautiful morning so might head to the beach or Howth cliffs with my Kindle and binoculars for a smallish hike and a read.. I could go to the gym, but I'd rather fill my senses.

    Any other stoics here?.

    Finished taking a crop from the veg patch. Lettuce, scallion, peas, early greens, and spuds. Too much for us, so off to a neighbour who I know will use the surplus.
