Decided to put a smallish amount in Link and Algo yesterday. I haven't really ventured outside BTC and ETH before. Not expecting much as it's like buying a lotto ticket.

ETH still going, heading towards the €1000 mark now...

I think layer 2 coins such as Matic , OMG, loopring are in for a big year thanks to ethereum high fees.

    Matic up 36% today.

Big announcement coming soon. I reckon one of
    The following.

    Won Reddit scaling bake off
    Something with usdc
    Our Coinbase listing.

Not worth the hassle dealing with them.

I had a complaint 2 weeks ago and only got a reply last night.

Anyway ETH is doing insanely well, how strong is this bull is the question

Bought ETH in Dec 2017. Just about back to the price I went in at. Trying to decide if

    1) I should get out now at breakeven and get back in at the next dip.

Or do I hang in there another month and
    2) make a bit, sell up, buy back in in the dip
    3) miss the the drop and start the waiting game again

    Or
    4) just let it ride for next few years and just see what happens

I'm currently in option 4. The amount I paid in at I can afford to lose, so I'm just gonna let it ride and enjoy the journey.

Lads with the current gas prices so high has anyone used Loopring Layer 2 to trade on. Apparently the gas fees are negligible because of Loopring zKRollups.

They have a new Android Wallet out now that has zKRollup included.

Wanchain is another option, works very well

Is the rotation into minor alts the final leg of this bull run just like December 2017?

    Is retail seeking alpha?

This isn’t a rotation, BTC & ETH are still rising.

I never heard of an audit being carried out on someones personal bank account though! They will usually only do an audit if they have reason to believe your dodging tax. You attempting to pay CGT is hardly a good enough reason to do an audit

I have, 3-4 face to face interviews with revenue

then again, i suppose it all depends on how much you are declaring to warrant that kind of attention

this amount certainly warranted it in their eyes

anyone want to share what they've set their btc stop loss value? I haven't set one right now, but thinking about placing one tomorrow....
Having said that, I'm conscious of an engineered flash crash to shake out some btcs and then straight back up..TIA

a stop loss for me would be to think if I was buying on a dip right now, where would I like to buy at and then go a little lower than that

Yep, some serious moves across the board in the past couple of days.

I think XLM is a direct beneficiary of people running away from XRP.

possibly from retail, but its the same price it was 8 weeks ago

when all this is settled I think it will probably be last to the party but the gains will probably be phenomenal

I've split most of my holdings and I'm selling incrementally and using 5 points.
    Point 1, very nice profit
    Point 2, ATH or thereabouts,
    Point 3 ATH plus 20%
    Point 4, holy ****
    Point 5, this is nuts

I'm holding back some eth and btc but if the price goes bonkers, I'll sell too

Ill hold out until and of there's a dip, I'll go again, if not, I've still made serious gains.

CoinBase is acting the bollox with me and pissing me off. Any other places to recommend? How's Kraken or Celsius?

Both recommended. Kraken's fees are much lower than Coinbase's.

    Orange pilled.

Surprised given many in Crypto see it the same way as XRP/Ripple just not as dodgy.

In the article it also says that German bank BVDH favours it to be used for a Euro Stablecoin.

    Quote
Stellar, the cryptocurrency and non-profit organization launched in 2014 by Ripple co-founder Jed McCaleb, was selected last month by German bank Bankhaus von der Heydt (BVDH) as the means to issue a euro stablecoin. German regulator BaFIN has also approved the issuance of tokenized bonds on Stellar.
