Not a great advertisement for the game in the end. No consistency in decision making with many questionable calls pretty much ruined it.

Wexford thought they had the game won. Their reaction after the goal to go 5 points up was that they only needed to see the game out.
Referee was poor but Wexford can point to the fact that Tipp should have played the last 10 or 15 minutes with 13 men. He definitely didn't favour either team.

Wexford absolutely shat there pants once they went five points up. Just completely lost the plot, there game plan went out the window and just stopped playing and making the right decisions.

In saying that, some response from Tipp and all the leaders really stood up. Deserved victory even while getting screwed by the ref.
