So applying for a Deer rifle! Do I still need to give AGS two farmers name young which to shoot the gun or will they accept the deer licence as having been vetted by NPWS.
I'd think that just dropping a deer licence should be enough for any normal Garda

I'd attach the two written permissions. It's not too much hassle if you have them and could save you a lengthy delay.

As you need land permission for the deer license, attach copies to the FCA1 because the deer license is your good reason, but you still need to show land permissions.

So just give copies of the same permissions you submitted to the NPWS.

Problem is that I only retained a photo copy on phone of each document,

I know what I'll do but that's the reason for asking.

    Thanks.

I know it's too late, but for anyone else out there it's important that you retain copies of your applications, land permissions, certs etc etc.
On more than one occasion I've had to resubmit documents for various applications ranging from gun licences to hunting permits etc.
It's worth your while to have digital copies on your smart phone in case your stopped when out and about, but you should take your time to read the small print on some of your hunting licences and permits as often you are required to carry then with you when out hunting.
Weather a copy will suffice is another issue I can't comment on but anything is better than nought if pushing comes to shoving.

...... just to add on, the retained copies will help with continuity when you reapply for the various permits and licences and can often help with any burocracy you my encounter.
