Junk was a strange book..I found myself watching the movie of it years later going "I've read this book.. what bloody movie is this?"

    What film?.. Probably Pi..
Thought it was brilliant.. I've bought it 5 or six times between video and DVD,and for a finish, it mirrored my life in an odd way..

Would you look forward to a movie due to who directed it?

Yep. I've been awaiting "The Irishman" by Scorsese for years now - it's being released this year FINALLY!

    Best film score?

The soundtrack from the shawshank redemption.

Did you ever trace your DNA. ?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,199 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

No - I'd be dubious enough of giving my DNA to a private organization tbh

What is you favourite James Bond film (if you're a fan of them)?

I have the same amount of interest in sport as I do for the stones on the street. Actually some stones have a nice shape and colour :)

Its been a while now since I saw one I thought was really bad but R.I.P.D comes to mind. Just terrible.

What was the last brilliant film you watched?

I've made mead, wines and cider.

They can't go too far wrong so why not.

Have you ever heard ''the hum'' ? I can confidently say I hadn't had any homebrew when I heard it.

Through hard work and determination I reversed my type II diabetes and came off my med's.

Same question (its a great question)

That's brilliant. Fair play to you :)

Well I sure am glad there is still some of this year left because I can't think of one amazing stand out thing. That doesn't mean my year has been bad, far from it, just quiet. I did receive a phone call from two people who are fierce important to me which was pretty great. I achieved one of my year goals as well.
I'm happy with those things so far :)

Woops. I forgot a question. Someone else go :)

    Whats your earliest childhood memory?.

I'll answer, at 3 months old I pulled a boiling kettle of water over myself. I remember being in Temple Street Childrens hospital and in arm's restraints so I didn't pull at my dressings.

I also remember my father's hand tattoo when he came to visit me, and remember my cot being opposite the door.

(I still have a scald scar 53 years later).

Persepoly [or anyone], you now.. (I got you out of a hole).. Where's your username from?

Cleanser, facial oil, and lemon drizzle cake.

    Have we "met" before?

    Have we "met" before?

Perhaps. In another life when we were both cats.

Do you think kittens lose a lot of their cuteness when they become cats?

    We actually could have.

I was a bouncer in various pubs and clubs in Templebar for over 2o years.. Off the top of my head, Fitzsimmons, Darkey Kellys, Handles, Gypsy Rose and a few others

Ever drink in any of those?.

    Kind of..

Have you ever had a traumatic experience with a cat?..

I do but I'm not the biggest cat lover so not the best person to answer.

Do you have any dream pets? An animal you would love to have in your life?

I drank in Gypsy Rose a few times maybe six or seven years ago. Fitzsimons maybe twice, the last time being a quick and rubbish overpriced pint a few months back and the first time about 15 years ago.

    Where is Darkey Kelly's?

*sorry for deliberately skipping other people's questions. am just curious about this one*.

Yes!! I use to babysit this kid and they had a cat. I was nonchalantly scratching my leg looking at the tv and then I felt something licking me :/ Jumped up and got the fright of my life!
