What Bundee has done for Connacht rugby goes beyond his performances on the pitch. Some of the video's that regularly make their way onto social media show me a person that has all the values, integrity and decency that define Irishness for me. Of course these aren't traits unique to Ireland, but I'm happy to be represented by someone who clearly shares those values having brought them with them from abroad. The same goes for CJ and Quinn. If these guys want to represent Ireland they've earned the right to say they are part of the rugby community here - by contributing so much to the wider community in the process.

    Hear hear.

Thoughts? Is this a positive omen?

Dunno, but I wouldn’t take her on a second date

Anyone see Neil Francis comment in the Indo:

'You couldn't warn to Eddie Jones even if you were next to him in the crematorium.' :D

The Aviva seems very empty? People forgot about the time of the start of the match or is conditions very bad in Dublin?

    Conditions? As in snow?

Nothing has fallen here this week. It's a perfect evening. If chilly.

Won't be like that when they rock up in Cardiff in three weeks time.

Can watch on ITV HD if Tune in using these settings:
    11068 V DVB-S2 8PSK 23 3/4

Virgin picture is absolute muck, they shouldn’t have been given the rights if not going to provide HD as standard.

Ireland need to win today against England. England cannot be seen to be too strong to beat us. The ego Eddie Jones will spread over the pitch if we fall apart against his team today. Ireland, if they are focused, will win today by 33-5. Ah Michael Martin is in the stands for the match. Good for him.

    Perfect conditions for the game.
i predict Ireland to win 32-23

that said this game has potential banana skin written all over it.

A match has never been won or lost when teams walk onto the pitch

I can't figure out which is playing what role on the TV coverage. At least on RTE you knew that Hook was a grump who may as well have been watching a game from 50 years ago, Brent Pope was watching one from 20 years ago but in a different country while Shaggy knew what was going on but was grumpy with the other two and Tom McGuirk for stopping him right there.

Buck up, ROG, time to buck up :)
