    Hi MODS

Any chance of a technical thread for this event? I personally enjoy that more than pics and weather reports etc. Each to their own and all that.

ICON seems to agree, rain from South Coast to North Cork snow from there up.

If only we had the band of rain and sleet this morning now

When it’s cold enough there’s nothing to fall
When there’s precip to fall it’s not cold enough

    Can’t win

Remember we had the perfect temperatures for the snow during a frontal snow event on the night of February 5/6 last year. The precipitation was very light. You in Kildare still managed decent scenes somehow.

Can see those dark clouds clearly from my window in bidbopstown. Think we are going to miss that really heavy shower by a nails tip... Or not hopefully

Snowing on and off all day here.
    10miles W of cork city.

Snowing again now with temp at ~0.9c
    It's sticking.

Let's see what the morning brings.

RWD car on summer sports tyres.. should be fun getting to the main Rd. .... Or very expensive 😬
