Just curious if anyone got any value in tracking their sleep by using either a phone app or wearable device or device you put under/beside the bed? I have been using the Sleep as Android app , mostly for the snoring tracking option which worked in terms of finding better sleep positions. Not sure about how accurately it measures the type of sleep you have and even if it is accurate how you might use the info? Would it be worth investigating any of the wearable products out there?

If you do, post your findings here.
