    i give this series a 9/10
it highlights and crystallizes the racism of white irish people against people of colour
irish people are very racist against refugees

    No they're not, that’s lies.

Its piss poor, not going to pick up now, just not enough happening in it,any decent drama has multiple strong storyline threads.

So was there any gore or gruesomeness, the squeamish scenes that were hinted at. :)

If you want to get into it, you got to get out of it. (Hawkwind 1982)

One grainy photo of a womans eyes cut out.

Did it improve after the first ten mins ? I stopped watching.

The acting, plotting and dialogue is so bad

    It's too boring to watch.
    Nothing happening.
    Then followed by more crap.
No the licence fee is not worth it.
    It's wasted money.
TV is just crap on all channels anyway.

I can't seem to get into it. I wanted to like it but I just find it dull.

There's no point in us trying to produce a good cop drama when there's plenty of good cop drama available to import.

For someone who stopped watching after 10min, you sure had plenty to say - are you embarrassed that you both watched it and thought it was better than you wanted it to be?

Maybe Beechwood has watched the last two episodes as well?

There is talented irish writers out there im sure and Carolan to be fair done a sound job with Love/hate. I think we need to invest in creative writers but the problem is we are stifled by this politically correct agenda

Lost me mid episode tonight and not interested enough to go back.
Full of the same cliched one dimensional characterisation as Love Hate. Tame stuff.

The lead really is awful, thought she was alright in love/hate but so wooden uses the same expression in every scene.

No surprise there. She is one of the darlings of RTE along with hubby  Like Tubs she is well connected and even her very wooden talentless brother Mark manages to get the odd gig here and there

The show is a microcosm of decades old RTE practice.

Who's her hubby and who's her brother. ?

Amy Huberman from Finding Joy. Brian O'Driscoll the ex rugby great is her hubby and her brother is Mark Huberman who is the most wooden actor in the history of the arts.
