Looking for 30mm scope rings that are solid and won't break the bank, any reccommendations?

    Budget is around €150?

Ive looked online but there are that many brands and types I'm not sure what to buy.

I've always liked, and when possible used, Nightforce. Just a superior ring, imo, to all others and should come just within your budget. However i've been "out of the game" for a while and there is a host of new brands out there.

Such as Tier One. From all reports a solid and excellent system. Also within your budget i believe.

Then there are the staples such as Warne, Burris, Leupold, etc. All quality rings and will do the job just choose the right ones. For example Warne go for the Tactical (no idea what makes them tactical, but anywho), and for Burris go for the XTR Xtreme.

Not sure what rifle you're using, but if Optiloc are an option, avoid them. I jut don't like them and the underside screw has always been a problem for any lad that had an issue with the rings.

Its for a Tikka T3x, has a picatinny rail. I'll take a look at those brands you've mentioned Cass and see whats available. Cheers for the feedback.

I like Tier One, the model I have even come with a little bubble level in them to make sure rifle isn't canted. Handy for scope mounting and longer shots.

Have never used Nightforce rings but they look great too.
