First and only rule that goes with new releases: Never order online.
If you are on pc, there is always a way to find deal for it online. If you are on xbox, then smyths usually have good prices on launch compared to Gamestop.

Speaking of Forza, Me and Misky did a wee convoy today and messed around together. Great crack and he can't drive for ****.

I still came first, what place did you came? Remind me that, as I kind of forgot.
Co op mode is actually really great crack. Makes multiplayer a lot more fun and casual. Surprisingly not much crashing yet.

Bit the bullet and got that weekly car. Pug 205 gti Forza edition. Mental thing, but that spoiler!!!
Had a dirt race where I restarted 6 times as I just would crash all the time. Then I hit my car in such way so that spoiler just broke off. Holy crap, I can see road! Won that race.
Needless to say downloaded a setup without that monstrosity.

Must admit I'm enjoying this game. Didn't expect anything as I've played forza for years and yeah same old same old. But I'd don't know what it is but it's great. I think it could be I'm playing on a Xbox x and OMG the graphics are amazing. I'm only on a 1080p display but playing at 60fps solid and the set pieces bring a shiver down your neck (the big hovercraft

Only an hour into it and I think I'm hooked

You don't need an Xbox if you've a decent PC , play it free for 2 weeks with the free trial of gamepass.

My laptop is pretty decent, but im not sure its good enough. Move around to much with work to get a gaming machine

Its just pure sex on wheels. Would love to own one in real life, even a 200hp petrol version. Its perfect: rear wheel drive, petrol, 4 doors, italian sexy design. The price of new one is 46k and its waaaaaay out of my league.
Have a buddy whos buddy had a garage and impirts cars from uk. He said he could get 2017 280hp version for 30k. My pcp ends in a uear and a half and if UK importing is still a thing I am really considering getting one of these 2-3 year old.

In other news: Did dirt racing Gauntlet event!!! I lost count of How many F bombs I droped. It was most challanging event I ever did in Horizon. Those rally cars are so unstable and one wrong flick will end you in a lake or tree!!! One race I crashed at 90%!!! About 8min of racing down the drain!

My Mercedes Unimog truck.

I changes I made to it were:

1: removed the tent structure from the back.

2: changed the wheels.

3: a new paint job.

4: upped the power.

Since I upped the power, it's more fun to drive. Best thing of all is that as you sit up high in the cab, you can enjoy the scenery more. I love it.

Still playing it a lot. Trying to do a few achievements too.
Thing is, I thought I will love winter, but god, I hate it. A lot of stuff is extremely hard to do due to winter. Specifically Danger signs.

Really like team adventure, but matchmaking is really crap. Took me days to do just 10 races for placement!!!

And lads, any reason why people in rivals have very very slow lap times? Is it to farm xp easier?

Get yourself a decent rally car, escort Cosworth or focus rs. That's what I love about the seasons, It forces you to use a variety of cars.

I tried. Using g29, with some youtube settings. It was not great to say the least, but way better then default.
F7 is not great, but still it feels sooooool much better then H4.

Got the Game pass last week, and installed it perfect on my PC, game runs a dream with graphics running at 60fps. Played till about 2am this morning, and was late for work.

Seriously considering in getting an xbox one S to play this. My ageing desktop I don't think will be up to the task anymore and couldn't be arsed with upgrading. I rarely play games on it and am more akin to sitting on the couch to play the odd game on my 55" 4k TV.

Get an X if you can afford it. I play this on PC, x and s and 30fps on the S is painful. Load times very painful too. Grand im sure if that's all you play it on and you are used to it though.
