    Interesting that Ballydoyle have waited to pitch Magical in here to take on Alpha after her impressive Curragh win.

    Its 7/1 was 8/1 yesterday. Also there are about 20 horses in that race. Hardly a slam dunk.

    I have watched Alpha Centauri run numerous times and I believe she was not right on the off fore and looked very unbalanced in the last 50 yds.

    C. O'Donoghue, rider of Alpha Centauri, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount changed leads and lost her action twice inside the final 200 yards.

    The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Alpha Centauri, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.
