    Folks while i hate to curtail any discussion the for sale section has a strict "no chit chat" rule to avoid threads being kept at the top with random comments (so everyone gets a fair shake) and to keep the signal to noise ratio at an acceptable level.

    The for sale section has a rule about shop reommendations. You must give specific details if you want to recommend a shop. Those are:
    • The shop has the EXACT item
    • Contact details for the shop
    • Link to the item assuming the shop has a website
    • A price if one is available.
    This rule was introduced years ago to stop the amount of posts recommending a shop just to recommend it without knowing if the shop had the item. Again signal to noise ratio.

    I was going to move most of the discussion posts into the main shooting section but cannot move some of the posts because they are recommendation just "try here" posts and would be out of place or turn the thread into a for sale thread.

    So here is what i'm doing.
    1. I'm moving the discussion posts into a new thread in the main forum where the OP can continue to discuss the merits of the pistol and people can discuss/give their opinion on it or others.
    2. I'm leaving any specific for sale posts here with a link to the discussion thread i'm creating in the main section.
    3. I'm removing any non specific posts that don't have any or all of the above requirements for a shop recommendation.

    To finish, from this moment on can any discussion posts be placed into the thread in the main forum and any for sale posts can continue to be posted here. Any crossover between the threads may result in deletion without further warning.
