Farm was let on a yearly letting for a number of years. Due to a lot of difficulty with the farmer the land was not let this year and was put up for sale. Is it possible this farmer is claiming entitlements on this land this year and if so what is the best thing to do.

Were you leasing the land from the farmer, or was he leasing it from you?
