    At certain times, in certain places, yes. To aid the easy flow of public transport.

    This has to be backed up with suitable and easy to use park and ride facility's.

    Exactly my point, just back a few pages now


    Th eline of M3 parkway etc etc....invest in public transport. Not in more roads to create more traffic.....
