Finally pulled the finger out and made a team. I think it's a bit template at this stage.

I still have 0.5 ITB.

Patricio,Ryan
Mendy, Robertson, Wan-Biss, Peltier, Daniels
Salah, Eriksen, Bilva, Jota, Cairney
Arnie, Aguero, King


I could up Jota to Mhki but I may wait till next week. Also I'm not sure about Daniels but they have decent fixtures at the moment.

Any suggestions?

WAN would be your most nailed on I think

TAA, Cedric, Daniels and Trippier all have doubts around them

Settling on this for now, Still not sure about Miki whether he will start or not.
Could plum for Willian as well, but its the same problem there.

Ya i'm happy with that for the time being, it means I can pick up anyone next week - firming turns into Kane even but most likely one of my 6.5m picks is upgraded to Eriksen or the likes.
There is a massive chance that none of the three of them do anything though and I'll just want all three out!

Not sure who said this earlier, but its too early in the season to take risks. Do that later on in the year if you have ground to make up. Experience will tell you that risks rarely work out.

Planning on wildcarding week 3 when teams settle down due to new signings and world cup players returning so I've gone with teams with good early fixtures particularly Man City, Liverpool, Everton and Bournemouth. Tried to pick guaranteed starters too to avoid early rotation. I know bench is weak but it's only 3 weeks so hopefully will see me through. Any thoughts? Comments?

Salah / Miki/ F. Anderson/ Richarlison (Kenedy)

Aguero / Firmino / Mitrovic


Finished in top 11k last year but that was thanks to playing my wildcard in W3 after a poor opening pick......

Ya, I think becasue I had 6m left I felt he was the best option at that proce but think I'll try to re-jig and for 0.5m and add mitrovic who will be a better option

Ederson has not played a single minute of preseson



At this stage though he has no more friendlies to play so game time will have to come on competitive games
So I'd say you are safe enough

Seems to be no clear consensus on Southampton forum over whether Cedric or Targett will get the nod so just avoiding altogether now. Need to find a 4 or 4.5 defender.

I've gone with him over Llorente who was a mistake to get in, was needed 0.5 to gte in Mitrovic and seen Ings price and thought he could turn out to be a bargain

If I was a Mahrez or BSilva owner, I would not be happy to hear that.
I've got Aguero, but I'm not too worried that Sterling would start up top.

*Hoedt starts I feel, Cedric doesn't is my understanding from reading about 40 million websites.

Fernandinho is good value and should start majority of games, Pepe has no cover for him.

The top 4 speaks for itself even though Kane doesn't do August, he might this year.

That's exactly why I'm looking at replacing Bilva now.

If I'm going to copy someone's team, I want to make sure they have some sort of clue :D
