Heading to USA tomorrow, where does the fast track come into play, where do I present it? Not familiar with the setup there, is it at security where they scan your bags and that, also is there a separate fast track lane as such? Any infos greatly appreciated.

You go through a separate security gate.Dont scan your boarding pass at the usual place or you have gone to far.
The fast track is to the right hand side of the normal security gate in T1.
In T2 it's on the left Iirc.

When you get to the top of the escalator for security in T2 you should see a sign for fast track to the left of the normal security queue. Once you've gone through security there's a coffee kiosk on your left where you can redeem your free tea / coffee on the fast track voucher
