It's the graveyard of St Bridget's just north of Lettermacaward, Co. Donegal. Toome Lough is in the middle-distance and I presume a fine pint can be had in the Gweebarra Bar, just around that corner.

Niley, is that (still) a N.S. on the right? The only schools with comparable water towers I can find are the equally abandoned ones in Curraghroe, Co. Roscommon and Carrowcrory, Co. Sligo... and you've already intimated it ain't Roscommon

It is indeed still a N.S., although even from their own website it's hard to tell there's a bit fat tower in their front lawn. Also be careful of the paint colours, in Google maps it's 2 very different colours depending on the time period.
