How do you survive without riding

3 days without riding a bike and I am getting withdrawal symptoms. I literally cannot stop riding, it's an addiction. Going home if the weather is nice, I always take the longest route possible because the feeling is awesome. How most of you just ride once a month or a few times per year? It's been affecting my life…

Monthly..usually last friday of the month...check DD now and then...;)
