Being told by my physio that my airway clearance technique is excellent and she can't offer any extra advice because I do it perfectly

Casually chatting with a friend on WhatsApp ... sounds normal, except that he's currently on an oil rig in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Cameroon. I just had one of those "whoa!" moments that make me feel a little guilty for taking modern technology for granted. :cool:

Toxic enough environment here atm what with my brothers behaviour but TH at being productive with my project that's due Monday and hoopefully I'll have it done by Friday so I can chill at the weekend, also the happy listening to Ronan C on Mix cloud playing all the daycent choons from large records
, also I saw a tabby cat across the road from our house going into the wooded area, he looked as if he was only a small fella . 0 -
