What happened there...sounded like someone in the audience blurted something out.

They give us suggestions on how we might spend our prize winnings.

Because they think we would be looking at it thinking "What am I meant to do with this weird paper with pictures on it? ... It wouldn't fuel my fire for very long"

Aengus would have got the Six One Anchor role, only for the current Director General being obsessed with giving Women all the big gigs.

Im sure the two Keelin & Perry that are left will do it fine :D

Surely Ray has the most Bloopers...he can never seem to find the right controls on his own Radio show!

Bizarre statement by Ray which Aengus rightly called out

"No surprise that your Grandparents were involved in the Independence struggle seeing as they were both Gaelgoirs"

Ray knows nothing about Irish history.

It's the prim and proper way he puts the make-up away that gets me every time.

I hate this Facebook news section that should have been scrapped last year.

When Aengus is on his trip away, he'll be in the most random of places in the middle of nowhere and he'll hear someone say "Jaysus Aengus........WHAT!!!"

  • Registered Users Posts: 222 ✭✭Pandora!

He's probably retiring from RTE so he can keep coming back again

Aengus looks young for his age and the RTE newsreading role never really gave him a chance to display his charisma, I think he has a lot to offer in another Media/Communications role.

He's right to cash in while he is still young enough to set up a new career.
