The road up towards Glencullen from Stepaside village was pretty impassible just after 1pm, there was a layer of ice like glass under the snow so even 4x4's were just sliding back down the hill. Winter tyres may have had more luck but roads were fairly bad up that way.

Ticknock area was a winter wonderland in general though.

Snow grains have stopped again now, didn't last long.

I thankfully managed to get it off the main road now but I won’t be attempting to move it until this time tomorrow at the earliest ....... yes got hit nicely again up here and I expect more over night 😱
