    In swords Currently 1c/dew point - 1. Except showers to be more widespread later during the day and won't die out before it reaches the midland

    Snow began pouring down in Waterford city at 06.55 lasted for a good half hour looks like there's more on the way judging by the clouds to the west.

    A very slight dusting together with last nights hail has our place white here in south Kerry. It has the kids delivery - not that they are being left out in it!

    A nice surprise here again this morning with a covering of snow.
    Its amazing how it lied after yesterday's floods, (second time that happened in 3 days)
    In the past few years I tended to get hail coverings so it's nice to see some real stuff this winter and yes the snow has a nice dry texture. :)

    A couple of cms on the cars, a light covering on the grass and a dusting on the roads.
    The sky is that lovely snow Laden grey colour, more On the way

    Rather heavy snow shower for the last hour outside Limerick city. The ground is mainly white but I don't think we would got over a centimetre.
