Ye have convinced me, absolutely no need to be worried at all, when it was at 20k there was nothing to be worried about, when it was at 10k there was definitely nothing to be worried about, when it was at 5k, even less to be worried about, as it was gonna soar even higher, wow, it's up 10% in the last 2 weeks, definitely on the way to 250/300k!!!

    I'm in smh.

Strange how you pick the highest figure and go from there, instead of a few hundreds dollars 3 years ago

And while we're on that subject

Like I said, I’m sold- it’s great, who in their right mind could argue against it?

    We’re all believers

I am sure many projects will go down the drain, regulation could strangulate the market, at any moment we're one large exchange hack (Binance) away from a 20% drop

That said, some projects may do well, it's unlikely the market will permanently be in a bear to nothing, in fact I'd guess there will be many sharp rises and crashes due to the speculative nature and FOMO appeal of the market in general

    Ye have convinced me,
This seems to be something that gets regularly misunderstood. This sub-forum provides the opportunity to discuss. Whether you're 'convinced' or otherwise is a matter for yourself. Everyone makes up their own mind.
no need to be worried at all

If someone has put significant funds at risk, of course there is always room for worry. It's a nascent technology traded in a nascent market. It's volatile - anything can happen - as accepted by all here.
it's up 10% in the last 2 weeks, definitely on the way to 250/300k!!!

Ok, so you're getting exasperated because someone forms a different view? There's nothing you can throw out that will confirm that cryptocurrency is going to RIP completely. Again, everyone here accepts that it can still drop considerably as well as go the other direction. It seems to me that you're the one with the entrenched view on it as you're only willing to accept one outcome...

ETH seems to be particularly on fire. Up 29% in the past 7 days (BTC is up 13%).

As it should be, that ratio is way too low.

The first coins I bought were when the price was in 3 digits.

Well it’s going to the moon according to fans of crypto, and the mantra is ‘be your own bank’ or ‘not your keys, not your coins’. So if you all become mega rich then you’ll be a target as you will be managing and storing your own wealth. So are you going to buy a load of guns to protect your cryptoriches??
The right to gun ownership is a big thing in the Reddit and Twitter crypto universe.

2017 alright, the good old days when you could get a tenner off your granny and buy 2 Etherium, a pack of stickers, a bag of jellies and still have change :)

Looking around now i think EOS is the one with most potential. It's around $4 and that's where the majority of App are being built.

That's my focus for the next few buys.

Last time it was at $2,800 is at least 16 months ago though.

Edit: I guess you're talking about the euro price?

What are all these new exchanges that appear to be carrying out most of the volume these days??

    Zbg, Coineal, Bgogo, Bibox, Dobi

They are all using Tether pairs and make up almost 90% of trading activity. There’s just over 2 billion of Tether in circulating supply but volumes of almost 12 billion. There’s something very fishy and worrying going on, but I cannot quite work out what they are up to. Can any of the crypto gurus around here enlighten us thickos???
