Yeah tried everything. Actually had to talk to each other tonight. That was weird.

Told her to beat the door of Harvey Norman's down at 9 in the morning.

You should probably try replacing the HDMI cable first. We can’t all be as rich as Awec.

Why did awec go into Harvey Norman?

So he could buy all the TV stock before mfceiling arrived

Awec wouldn’t be seen dead in Harvey Norman’s, too many commoners. It’s Brown Thomas or nothing for him.

I briefly worked in Brown Thomas one Christmas. I'll never forget some older man walking through with his wife saying, "I need new driving gloves".

I wonder will I ever be in the position where I not only need driving gloves, but I need a new pair of driving gloves.

I want to be in the position to have the Bentley that probably went with them.

You can own driving gloves with a Rover 825.

Chances are if you’re buying driving gloves in BT’s you aren’t driving a banger. As the gloves would probably cost as much as the rover.

It's actually required. The heater usually doesn't work.

Why didn't you just watch one of the other TVs?

    But... but you are posh!

You are supposed to have built in TVs in all five bathrooms, the fridge, utility, dining, living and study areas and of course, one in each bedroom!!! All connected to netflix

Or are you a millennial family who each own a tablet?

We also only have one t.v that is hooked up the other currently functions as an ornament

I don't even think we have a working tablet in the house stheno!!
I probably listen to more music than watch tv. The youngest 2 mostly make tik tok videos (apparently this is huge worldwide) and the eldest looks up from her phone if she needs money or a lift.

You know, if this gets people covering their damn mouths when coughing, washing their hands more often, and staying the hell at home when they're sick, we'll probably see a net decrease in seasonal flu deaths.

Really getting out of hand now in Italy, 566 new cases with a multiple of that infected no doubt. I can't help but wonder why there is no talk about what this is likely to do to the African continent.

There's very few cases reported in Africa so far, France24 posted an article earlier with officials discussing how they're not quite sure why https://www.france24.com/en/20200301-with-only-three-official-cases-africa-s-low-coronavirus-rate-puzzles-health-experts they're not sure if the climate plays a part or it's a simple case of not reporting it due to the current health system and education etc.

It'll also wreak havoc in India due to the infection rates and the dense population

Four cases reported in the West now. All four travelled from Italy recently. Sounds like two couples (two males, two females).

I believe it's been reported that they are in the same family.

The boards thread about the corona virus is some mess. Probably the most popular thread boards has ever had. I don't know how anyone can keep up with it.

Stopped reading it last week when the misery merchants got a bit much. World is ending, why haven't the government quarantined us all etc etc.
