    I'm a bit disillusioned with the local council here a neighbours septic tank is literally flowing into my field and dispite trying to get them out to sort it and the council to come out have had no luck, they have even seen fit to give her planning for another house and septic tank system despite my objections, as you say you shouldn't **** on your own doorstep so haven't went any further, but it's a bit mad hatter that the council didn't see the danger of dairy cows producing milk for human consumption grazing pasture contaminated by raw sewage
