    They have a website:

"We offer luxury hunts at great prices from Ireland to Croatia and Serbia. Discover and enjoy luxury and exciting deer stalking on some of Ireland’s most breathtaking grounds and hillsides. We offer exclusive hunting opportunities on some of Ireland’s finest hunting estates. The hillsides covered in spruce forestry, are inhabited by wild, free roaming magnificent herds of deer that will get any huntsman’s heart racing. Dawn and dusk stalking of these majestic animals is an experience of a lifetime."

"WOODCOCK/SNIPEWe offer woodcock and snipe shooting over pointers and springer dogs in Ireland from November to January. They are hunted mainly over conifer forests and bogland, accompanied by experienced gillies and beaters. A minimum of six birds are shot by shooters on our grounds".

HCAP is not a legal requirement, but having a deer license is. For everyone.

It's a stretch, but if the estate (i'm assuming its an estate based on the title having not read the link) has itself listed, registered, fees paid, and conforms to the standards of a range then people can use firearms under supervision. However it is a stretch.
