It's hard to know but i can't forget his awful form on the rowing machine when people mention his cardio.

If you're doing it wrong you're not going to benefit from doing the exercise anywhere near as if you were doing it right.

do you mean it looked like it could cause an injury, or it wasnt efficient technique?

Nice bit of hypocrisy from self righteous and self christened intelligent man Kavanagh.

hes always willing to fight, its the contract conditions that decide if he fights or not.

If he's pulling a Rickson and Frank Shamrock and intentionally pricing himself out of the fight then he is not willing to fight.

He definitely was for the Aldo fight. Was the favourite up until the weigh in and then he looked like death on the scales and drifted out.

Not by any meaningful margin. He drifted from being a decent favorite to 50/50 fight.

Closed at around 20/21 average. With evens available for each fighter briefly.
That's not a underdog. From Br image to Mendes, he was a favorite.

The bookies price on McGregor hasn't been nearly as pessimistic as mma fans generally.

If he is doing it inefficiently, he'll be working harder for a given pace. So should still benefit from working at 80%, 100%, etc.
The main issue imo would be injury rater than results. If he is lashing his lower back out of it could do damage. I'd guess that he gets away with it due to his mobility.

That's not the same. Once Conor's fighting they're doing over a million buys. They'll make enough to cover him (with enough notice).

If he really wanted to fight Frankie he would have signed the contract and fought him. He didn't. He wasn't that willing to fight. No matter what kind of spin he and his fanboys want to cook up he wasn't willing to sign the contract and fight.

Tell all the boys and girls why he didn't really want to fight Frankie Edgar...

Dana came out and said why the fight didn't happen. There was no contract for Conor to sign. The fight didn't happen because Conor doesn't fight at 145 any more and because they already had Ortega lined up as a replacement. Conor could have been 100% genuine and willing to fight and it wouldn't have happened.

Conor isn't making 145 on two weeks notice.
Frankie isn't fighting any higher than 145.
There was no fight to offer.

I dunno, as an athlete he has a limited amount of time to monetise himself. He may as well take money when companies are willing to throw it at him. Don't see Ronda doing too many ads recently

To be fair, they may slate him but every fighter on the roster (including Diaz) would give anything for even one tenth of his noteriety and earning ability.
