    I have to say Ricardo Montalbán as Khan in ''Star Trek The Wrath Of Khan'' He just owned that role. He was absolutely brilliant as the psycho Khan.

    Ralph Fiennes in Schindler's List was pretty insane, given it was a portrayal of a real person too makes it even more creepy.

    He was also very good in Red Dragon imo.

    Zorin in a view to a kill was insane especially during the machine gun scene near the end. I suppose you could say the same for all Bond villains. Also Heath Ledger as the joker.
